Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) is a level of assisted care that is recognized and regulated by the State of Wisconsin.

At Platinum Communities RCAC residents live in spacious private studio, one, or two bedroom apartments.

Instead of sharing a bathroom every apartment has it’s own private bathroom, providing more independence and better privacy. The bathrooms are wheelchair friendly and feature a walk-in shower with grab bars. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a call system for emergencies. Every unit has its own heating and air conditioning.

Residents furnish the apartment with their own furniture to their own taste, fostering an easier transition from their old home to their new one.

Residents can also receive personal services and assistance with activities of daily living based on their interview at admission.
