Living Oaks is a licensed Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) located at 505 West Iola Street, Iola, WI 54945. With 24 licensed beds, we serve Waupaca County seniors seeking an assisted living environment that balances support and independence.

Here, residents live in private apartments within a residential-style setting. Our philosophy emphasizes providing dependable care in a home-like atmosphere while respecting dignity, privacy, and choice.

OUR MISSION

Living Oaks strives to support older adults who require assistance with daily living, yet prefer to avoid full nursing home care. We commit to delivering personalized services that preserve dignity, enhance quality of life, and foster a warm community where residents feel safe, valued, and engaged.
